Mitch recalled this incident, where he had taught a kid the use of a variable and in a real time scenario. The kid was overjoyed and thanked him. In other words- Mitch had just become a mentor. He had helped a kid solve a real life problem.

As a mentor you will help enhance young minds using Lego Mindstorm EV3. LEGO Mindstorm is a programmable LEGO robot that allows you build, code and then see your program run.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the Lego Mindstorm activities for the enrolled students
  • Collaborate with KIT-HUB and other makers and design challenges and represent KIT-HUB at various events.
  • Collaborate with KIT-HUB and come up with activities for middle and high school students
  • Support in event documentation through photos, videos, and stories

  • Commitment to developing personal and professional skills
  • Availability to work during designated program hours
  • Age: 18 to 26
